DESIGNATED GIFTS

An individual or family may wish to designate a memorial or gift from the enclosed list. If you wish to suggest a memorial not listed, the request will go before the Consistory for approval.

NON-DESIGNATED GIFTS

All non-designated gifts will be placed in the Me­morial/Gift Fund. Interest earned on these gifts will be applied to further youth educational pro­grams. Remaining funds will be utilized to satisfy other opportunities as approved by Consistory.

We are all thankful for the gifts God has given to us. We value every day and think optimistically about the future. We anticipate what we can ac­complish tomorrow with some planning and effort today.

Planning for the future may extend beyond our lives. Unfortunately, many people underestimate the importance of this planning. Surprisingly, many leave that planning to the government. If you die without a will or living trust, state laws of intestacy will direct your assets and may prolong the administration of your estate. This is some­thing to prayerfully consider.

Christ Church would be honored to be remem­bered as part of your estate planning and will stew­ard your gift with reverence and thanks. Regard­less of whether you include Christ Church in your estate plan, please pursue a valid will or living trust for the sake of those you leave behind and for your own peace of mind.
